At Communication Mastery, we are committed to providing high-quality professional coaching services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this Refund Policy to ensure fairness for both our clients and our business.

This policy applies to all services offered by Communication Mastery, including individual coaching sessions, multi-session programs, courses, and workshops.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the timing of your cancellation request. Please review the specific policies below for your service type.

3. Individual Coaching Sessions

We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances (with appropriate documentation), we may waive the cancellation policy at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are dissatisfied with your first coaching session in any multi-session program, you may cancel within 48 hours of that session for a full refund minus the single-session fee for the attended session.

9. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your full name, contact information, and booking/order number
  3. Specify the service for which you're requesting a refund
  4. Provide the reason for your refund request
  5. Include any supporting documentation (for emergency circumstances)

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days.
