This policy applies to all services offered by Communication Mastery, including individual coaching sessions, multi-session programs, courses, and workshops.
Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased and the timing of your cancellation request. Please review the specific policies below for your service type.

We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In cases of medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extraordinary circumstances (with appropriate documentation), we may waive the cancellation policy at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
Free consultation sessions are offered as a courtesy to prospective clients. If you cannot attend your scheduled consultation:

We stand behind the quality of our services. If you are dissatisfied with your first coaching session in any multi-session program, you may cancel within 48 hours of that session for a full refund minus the single-session fee for the attended session.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued in Euros (€). If you paid in a different currency, the refund amount may differ from the original charge due to currency exchange rate fluctuations. We are not responsible for differences caused by exchange rates.
Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors are non-refundable and will be deducted from refund amounts where applicable.

For multi-session programs, you may request to transfer unused sessions to another participant with at least 7 days' written notice and subject to a €50 transfer fee.

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Portuguese or EU consumer protection laws. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional rights under EU Distance Selling Regulations, including a cooling-off period for certain purchases.
EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal: For certain services purchased online, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right may not apply if service delivery has begun with your explicit consent before the end of the withdrawal period.
