Services may be delivered in person, via video conference, or through online platforms as specified in your service agreement.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Registration and Account

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

6. Booking and Scheduling

When booking our Services:

• All bookings are subject to availability
• You will receive confirmation of your booking via email
• It is your responsibility to ensure you attend scheduled sessions at the agreed time
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Failure to attend scheduled sessions without proper notice may result in forfeiture of that session

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time of booking or enrollment.

7.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment through secure third-party payment processors. All payment information is processed in accordance with applicable payment card industry standards.

7.3 Payment Schedule

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing
• For multi-session programs, payment plans may be available and will be outlined in your service agreement
• Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services

7.4 Taxes

All prices include applicable Portuguese VAT unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any additional taxes or fees required in your jurisdiction.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

8.1 Client Cancellations

• 24+ hours notice: Full credit toward future sessions or refund as per our Refund Policy
• Less than 24 hours notice: Session fee is forfeited
• No-show: Full session fee is forfeited

8.2 Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability. Repeated rescheduling may result in additional fees or service restrictions.

8.3 Company Cancellations

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative time or provide a full refund if no suitable alternative is available.

9. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy document for detailed information about refunds and cancellations. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.1 Our Content

All content on our website and provided through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Communication Mastery or its content suppliers and is protected by Portuguese and international copyright laws.

10.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission
• Modify or create derivative works from our materials
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Share course materials or recordings with non-enrolled individuals

10.3 Client Materials

You retain ownership of any materials you provide during coaching sessions. By sharing materials with us, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of providing our Services to you.

11. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions. Information discussed during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except:

• With your explicit written consent
• When required by law
• When necessary to protect the safety of individuals
• In anonymized form for quality improvement or research purposes

12. Code of Conduct

All clients are expected to:

• Treat instructors, coaches, and other clients with respect
• Arrive prepared for scheduled sessions
• Complete assigned exercises and homework
• Provide honest feedback to help us improve our services
• Refrain from disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior

We reserve the right to terminate services for clients who violate this code of conduct without refund.

13. Disclaimers and Limitations

13.1 Educational Services

Our Services are educational in nature and designed to improve communication skills. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement, salary increases, or career advancement.

13.2 No Professional Advice

Our coaching services do not constitute legal, medical, psychological, or career counseling advice. For such matters, please consult appropriate licensed professionals.

13.3 Individual Results

Results from our coaching programs vary based on individual effort, practice, and circumstances. Testimonials and success stories represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of similar results.

13.4 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Communication Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not responsible for outcomes of job interviews, presentations, or other events where you apply skills learned in our programs

• Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by a court

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Communication Mastery regarding the use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

23. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

24. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
